With the decision “to carry it forward, to enforce it,” the Bolivarian leader, Nicolás Maduro, formally delivered – before the president of the National Electoral Council (CNE), Elvis Amoroso – the “Plan de la Patria de las 7T” (7T Homeland Plan) 2025-2031, an instrument that outlines strategic objectives “to consolidate a prosperous Homeland, of equality and well-being.”
Prepared from 63,000 proposals debated within grassroots assemblies, the Homeland Plan 2025-2031 is structured into three levels: Immediate present, which aims to improve the living conditions of the people attacked by the illegal sanctions; medium future, aimed at defining work agendas beyond the circumstances that allow problems to be solved in a structural way; and perennial future, destined to turn Venezuela into a Latin American and Caribbean power.
When formalizing his candidacy as a candidate for the “Simón Bolívar” Great Patriotic Pole (GPPSB), he emphasized that it is an agenda that transforms work methods “to build viable, high-impact strategies” that lead to concrete actions in favor of the Venezuelans.
Maduro pointed out that “only we have a clear and broad project for the country” that is in permanent renewal, which contrasts with the proposals of sectors of the right that have sought to stop “the progress to which Venezuela is entitled.”
“Only us have been building against all odds, changing methods and formulas, together with the people, to carry out the goals of equality and social justice, productive economic recovery, sovereignty, national independence, of the cultivation of our identity and the flourishing of culture. Changing and transforming have been our permanent actions in the face of a dissolving force that has been determined for 25 years to stop the course of history with violence, ambushes and lies,” he asserted.
In this sense, he highlighted that the presidential candidacy that, as of this Monday, he assumes is based on an idea of Homeland “that we must propagate with pedagogy, humility and love in all paths.”
The revolutionary leader stressed, precisely, that the 2025-2030 Homeland Plan responds to the most sensitive demands of the Venezuelan people, being a perfect combination “between the five historical objectives written by Commander Hugo Chávez and the necessary 7Ts written by his own hand and letter for the people of Venezuela.”
“This Plan was not made by the law firms of surnames, nor by the oligarchies, nor by the gringo advisors of imperialism, it is the perfect union between the five historical objectives written by Commander Hugo Chávez and the necessary 7Ts written in the handwriting of the people of Venezuela,” he reiterated.
Maduro, championed by 10 political parties, revalidated his commitment to comply with every letter, every word, every principle and every objective embodied in the 7T Plan for the Homeland:
“I swear that I will carry it forward, that I will enforce it and we will make our Venezuela a prosperous Homeland, of equality, well-being and happiness, so I swear. Long live Chávez! Long live the people! Long live the victory of July 28! “He stated.
