With the convening of the National Health Congress, which will take place between August 25 and 26, as well as new investments for the acquisition of medicines and supplies for health centers, it will allow the strengthening of a Single Integrated Health System for the protection of the people, said Sunday the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.
“With the National Revolutionary Health Congress and investments for the acquisition of medicines and supplies for health centers, we will move forward in the construction of the Integrated Single Health System that will provide the people with the best healthcare system in the world”, he said. through Twitter.
On Saturday, the President approved more than 293 million euros for the acquisition of medicines and high-cost supplies for patients who are treated by the Venezuelan Institute of Social Security (IVSS), as well as investments in bolivars for the recovery of health centers.
