José Vicente Rangel, political analyst and journalist, said on Sunday that the opposition in 18 years, a time in which the Bolivarian Revolution has guided the country, has not managed to implement clear policies and strategies.

He also considers that faults in the interpretation of Venezuelan reality, born with the first electoral triumph of Hugo Chávez, in 1998, led the opposition leadership to commit the chain of errors that have characterized their political career.
