ANC State and Municipal Committees will be activated this weekend throughout the country

The president of the Commission of Citizen Participation of the National Constituent Assembly (ANC), Darío Vivas, informed on Wednesday that this weekend the State and Municipal Constituent Committees will be activated throughout the country.

The plenipotentiary body will deploy on 21, 22 and 23 on the different entities of the national territory, in order to meet the objectives set for the new beginning, which includes the active presence of the originary power in the streets, as reviews a press release of the ANC.

The members of the Commission of Citizen Participation of the ANC, will tour the country with two objectives, the first: to debate and collect proposals based on the seven strategic lines emanated by President Nicolás Maduro.

The second goal is to address the four points of action dictated by the president of the Constituent Power, Diosdado Cabello, which are: children on street situation, municipal markets, medicines, and public transport.

“The first debate will aim to see how we articulate and we will see how to support the Government and work on the proposals of the new Magna Carta, also together with the Government, the Bolivarian National Armed Forces and the organized people we can face the war economic and we can address focal points that affect the Venezuelan today”, he said.

In addition, these meetings will define the permanent spaces where the Constituent Cities will be located.

Through this plan they will develop jointly with the National Government “We will emerge victorious because we are going to give a concrete response from the ANC to the people from the streets”, said Vivas.

For his part, the vice president of the Commission, Ángelo Rivas, indicated that a few days ago was held in Caracas the National Meeting of the Legislative and Municipal Legislative Councils with the constituent power, whose meeting allowed the renewal of the Legislative Councils to be activated after the victory that the deputies obtained last May 20.

Rivas said that the activity allowed the Commission to advance in the organization and plan the deployment of the Committees to strengthen actions for the welfare of the country.

“Almost a year after the election of the ANC, we can say that we have consolidated peace, now we, in this new deployment, are going to the streets to consolidate the economic and social peace of our people,” he stressed.

He added that permanent discussions will be held with the constituents of each municipality, as well as those that were elected at the sectoral level.
