Somos Venezuela Movement celebrates its first anniversary

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, recalled on Monday the first anniversary of the Somos Venezuela Movement, which through brigadeers and missionaries have attended to Venezuelans registered in the Carnet de la Patria (Homeland Card) System through the house-to-house journeys.

“A year ago we launched the Somos Venezuela Movement to provide direct assistance to the people through the Carnet de la Patria”, wrote the Head of State.

In the same way, he invited all the militants to continue “in the search for the most vulnerable people”, to carry their “infinite love and the certainty that we will have a better future”.

The Somos Venezuela Movement will hold 576 state meetings of all sectoral networks in each state between June 18 and 24.
For July 22, the plenary session of the national congress of the Somos Venezuela Movement will present approximately 2,000 delegates for June and July with a view to the national congress of the MSV.
