Diomar Rueda, constituent and member of the Commission of the National Defense System of the National Constituent Assembly (ANC), informed that this institution is carrying out debates to collect proposals on the border issue, in order to constitutionalize plans in economy matters and in defense of sovereignty.
“From the commission we have several articles on sovereignty that we have advanced a lot and we have discussed throughout all the states, and part of the trans-culturization is when they tell the young Venezuelan that they should leave the country because they are supposed to be better abroad”, Said Rueda.
Also indicated that currently the proposal is being promoted to expand the specialized training centers so that young scientific talents remain in Venezuela to invest and produce.
The information was provided on Thursday during a participation in the “Al Aire” (On Air) program, broadcast by Venezolana de Televisión.
