Maduro: Everything is ready for the NOV-21 mega-elections

In a week the noble Venezuela will go to vote. In history it is marked that November 21 will be a great day for the participatory and protagonist democracy of Venezuela”, as expressed by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, when he invited the Venezuelan people to exercise their right to vote next November 21.

He highlighted that Venezuela is the only country in the world that has held 29 elections: “It is the revolutionary, Bolivarian, rebellious Venezuela, our Venezuela that stands up in the face of difficulties, that grows in the face of attacks”.

He stressed that thanks to the Venezuelan State, the Electoral Power demonstrated its technological strength, new machines were manufactured and the electoral system was improved, now it is of higher quality, simplicity and accessibility.

In this context, he pointed out that on Saturday, November 13, a group of mercenaries was captured, seeking to repeat terrorist schemes one week before the elections.

He stressed out: “Leopoldo López is obsessed with violence, that is why he is defeated, isolated, very corrupt”.

In this sense, he ratified all the support for the Electoral Power of the country and the process of next November 21: “We are going to prepare to vote, to elect for peace, stability, for improvement”, concluded the President.

Rapid Action Fund will allow projects viability

Regarding the analysis of the proposals of the candidates for the elections of governors and mayors, President Maduro stressed that the creation of the Rapid Action Fund will allow the viability of all the commitments and projects that are emerging in the electoral debate, for improve public services, transportation, roads, health, education, housing in the communities and municipalities of the states.

He assured that the new forms of entrepreneurship will allow the strengthening of the economy. “We must support new entrepreneurs. I see the candidates connecting deeply with the real, working Venezuela”.

Along these lines, he ratified that on Monday, November 22, he will convene the Federal Council of Government with the 23 governors, the 335 mayors and mayors “to sign an alliance of peace, prosperity and progress, a great alliance for Venezuela, to seek true solutions”.

He stressed that he celebrates the participation of all political sectors, including those who were in self-exile. “Now play fair and get ready to accept the electoral results that emanate from popular sovereignty and that the CNE will communicate”.
