Petro Oro (Petro Gold) will be launched in the coming days, as a mechanism to diversify the investment, in order to strengthen the national economy, as informed the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro.
“I have been preparing a new saving and investment option together with the Central Bank of Venezuela. It is almost ready and I will activate it in the coming days, it is the Petro Oro. This will have physical existence so that you can save (…) 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 grams, up to one kilo, and you will be able to invest in bolivars, cryptocurrencies or convertible currencies”, he said.
During the Expo Venezuela, the Head of State said that the investment of the people will be assured, to ensure the economic well-being of the people, supported by the national cryptocurrency.
