During his participation in the “Punto Crítico” (Critical Point) program broadcast by Venezolana de Televisión (VTV), the Minister of People’s Power for Housing and Habitat, Manuel Quevedo, announced this Monday that 2017 will be the year of definitive consolidation and the offensive of the Great Mission Housing Venezuela (GMVV).
“The Bolivarian Revolution is the guarantee, the year 2017 will be the year of the definitive consolidation, of the offensive of the Great Housing Mission Venezuela with our people,” said Quevedo.
The head of the Housing portfolio added that another of the objectives pursued by the Revolutionary Government is the internationalization of these plans that seek to guarantee the good life of the population: “We have to internationalize the achievements of the Great Mission Housing Venezuela (..) It is one of the strategic lines of our President Nicolás Maduro, to internationalize the Great Mission Housing Venezuela and the Mission Barrio Nuevo, Barrio Tricolor (…) Not only is it a successful model, but is seen as an example in other countries. We expounded the achievements and progress of the mission in Quito, Ecuador) and it was recognized and well regarded by the countries of the world.
Warning on Right-wing scam:
Minister Manuel Quevedo warned that there is a group that calls themselves “Managers of the Great Mission Housing Venezuela” and who, in their opinion, are linked to the Venezuelan right wing, and so he warned the population not to fall into these unscrupulous characters, who intend to sabotage the work that is done to dignify the Venezuelan people.
“We must warn the people that some people linked to the Venezuelan right wing intend to sabotage the operation of the Great Mission Housing Venezuela … our procedures are without any tax payments, the housing is transferred with the payment that corresponds to the family and is done through the National Bank of Housing and Habitat, “said Quevedo.
