Venezuela totals 197 positive coronavirus cases

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, confirmed four new cases of Covid-19 coronavirus on Wednesday, which brings the number to 197 infected by the outbreak.

The Venezuelan head of state explained that of the four cases, two are located in the Turén municipality of Portuguesa state, one in La Guaira and one in Táchira state.

During his speech, he pointed out that, of the total number of infected, 30 are hospitalized in CDI, 25 receive free treatments in hospitals, 20 are in private clinics, two are in isolation in hotels, while the number of deaths remains at nine.

So far, Miranda remains the state with the most cases of Covid-19 with 68 infected; followed by the Capital District with 30 infected, on the tirhd place is Aragua with 29 confirmed cases, and La Guaira with 14 infected.
