This Monday, February 2, the Acting President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, received the Chargé d’Affaires of the United States of America for the Venezuela Affairs Unit, Laura Dogu, at Miraflores Palace.
The information was provided by the Minister of People’s Power for Communication and Information, Miguel Ángel Pérez Pirela, who detailed through his official channels that the meeting took place as part of the bilateral agenda between both nations.
“This meeting was held within the framework of the work agenda between the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and the United States of America,” detailed the minister.
The high-level meeting represents a significant step in the current diplomatic communications between Caracas and Washington.
