The President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, sent a message of recognition to the women of the country, highlighting their leading role in building the nation’s future and strengthening social well-being, within the framework of the commemoration of the third anniversary of the «Gran Mision Venezuela Mujer” (Great Mission Venezuela Woman – GMVM).
«Caring for women means caring for the life and future of Venezuela. We celebrate the third anniversary of the Gran Mision Venezuela Mujer, an initiative that coordinates programs and policies for comprehensive care and protection, ensuring the well-being of women at every stage of their lives,» the head of state expressed via her social media.
In her message, the national leader offered words of admiration and support to the women who, day after day, drive the nation’s development through their various professional roles and community organization.
«To every Venezuelan woman who strives, works, dreams, and keeps moving forward despite every challenge, goes my embrace, my recognition, and my admiration. Let us continue together building the Venezuela that our families and future generations deserve,» she stated.
Gran Mision Venezuela Mujer has reached its third year as a mechanism for coordinating public policies designed to empower, protect and provide tools for integral development to the female population throughout the entire national territory.
Its primary objective is to ensure accompaniment to the Venezuelan women at every stage of their lives, promoting their physical and emotional well-being, educational training, their economic independence, and the eradication of all forms of gender-based violence.
