In the city of Caracas, on October 21, 2026, was formally announced to the country the conclusion of the third round of talks between the delegations of the National Government and the 2015 National Assembly. The process spanned six days of work, divided into two plenary sessions and fifteen meetings across four technical work groups focused on strengthening democracy, political guarantees, freedom of expression, and addressing issues of priority for the nation.
