One month after her swearing, the Acting President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, presents a management report focused on consolidating peace, stability, and the economic recovery of the country, under a principle of reinstitutionalization and national reconciliation.
After the events of January 3, the Acting President assumed the commitment to maintain peace and stability in Venezuela, achieving in this short period the institutional recognition of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), which ratified her as Commander-in-Chief.
Economic growth and productive sovereignty:
In economy matters, the administration highlights for a growth of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of 8.5% in 2025 and the achievement of the zero fuel import target. In addition, a historic milestone was reached with the first export of Venezuelan liquefied petroleum gas (LPG -GLP in Spanish).
To strengthen the domestic productive apparatus, was installed the Agri-Food General Staff and was presented the Admirable Challenge 2026 Plan, aimed at boosting agricultural production and the fishing industry. A partial reform of the Organic Law on Hydrocarbons was also proposed to revitalize the oil industry and attract foreign investment.
Peace, Reconciliation, and Diplomacy:
With the aim of promoting coexistence and stability, the Acting President proposed an Amnesty Law, excluding those responsible for serious crimes. She also installed the Program for Democratic Coexistence and Peace, as part of her commitment to the reinstitutionalization of the country.
In the international scope, were strengthened strategic alliances through the Bolivarian Diplomacy of Peace, expanding bilateral relations with various nations.
Popular participation and State priorities:
The administration called for the 2026 Popular Consultation, so the people can decide on and finance community projects, reinforcing participatory democracy. In parallel, is maintained as an absolute priority the work of the Commission for the liberation of Constitutional President Nicolás Maduro and First Combatant Woman, Cilia Flores.

– Historic export of the first molecule of Venezuelan liquefied natural gas.
– Growth of GDP of 8.5% in 2025 and elimination of fuel imports.
– Proposal of Amnesty Law and Partial Reform of the Hydrocarbons Law.
– Installation of the Agri-Food General Staff and launching of the Admirable Challenge 2026 Plan.
– Strengthening of the communal economy and expansion of Peace Diplomacy.
