On Thursday, the «Venezuela Renace» (Venezuela Reborn) Plan delivered a total of 2,067 fundings to condominium boards and property owners in Caracas and La Guaira. Thanks to this contribution, the state program is benefiting more than 17,000 people, as announced the President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez.
«Today we are delivering 2,067 fundings between Caracas and La Guaira, and that will benefit more than 17,000 people,» detailed the national dignitary during an event held in the capital. Additionally, she handed over 339 rehabilitated homes in various regions of the country.
Benefits of the «Venezuela Renace» Plan in La Guaira:
In the specific case of La Guaira, Governor José Alejandro Terán detailed the progress of the deliveries. Therefore, he stressed that the «Venezuela Renace» Plan granted funds to 57 condominium boards representing 70 buildings. Consequently, the measure directly benefits 1,647 heads of household.
For her part, the Head of State highlighted that 70 buildings would undergo work thanks to these financial contributions. Likewise, Terán explained from the Parque Mar Residential Complex in the Caraballeda parish, that the infrastructure requires immediate attention.
As a consequence, the Presidential Commission for the Assessment of Infrastructure Habitability classified these structures with a «yellow tag» due to damage to masonry, walls, and common areas. It is important to note that Caraballeda is part of «ground zero» due to the impact of the earthquakes.
Finally, President Delcy Rodríguez reaffirmed the National Government’s commitment to the recovery of Venezuelan homes: «The ‘Venezuela Renace’ Plan, where we all join efforts to come forward and bring joy to Venezuelan families,» she concluded.
