Two months after the earthquakes that struck several states in the country, Venezuela registers significant advances in works of recovery and restoration of services, according to the Sectoral Vice President for Public Works and Services, Juan José Ramírez:
“Sixty days after the double earthquake that affected populations in seven states of the country, here are the ministers from the various departments who have been working throughout this time on stabilization and the restoration of services during the critical moments of the earthquake and its aftermath, which has to do with the action and the removal of debris and other remnants,” he told Venezolana de Televisión (VTV).
Likewise, the Vice President highlighted the presence of more than 700 pieces of machinery and equipment working around the clock in the operations, as well as the deployment of 11,000 personnel spread across the seven affected states.
“We can highlight the participation of 11,000 officials from this vice presidency across the seven states to serve our people and the restoration of public services, which were carried out effectively during the periods when the National Government had to act to address this emergency situation,” he concluded.
