The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela is ready to improve the historic diplomatic relations with the United Kingdom.
The Minister of People’s Power for Foreign Relations, Jorge Arreaza, held a meeting with Rebeca Buckingham, the accredited charge d’affaires in Venezuela, to whom he stated that there is an urgent need to build a harmonious relationship of respect for sovereignty and international law.
At the meeting that took place this Thursday, August 12, 2021 at the headquarters of the Venezuelan Chancellory, officials from Venezuela and the United Kingdom also talked about the effort made by the Bolivarian Government to reactivate the economy and political dialogue.
