Within the framework of her participation in the 81st sessions term of the General Assembly, the President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, met an important tradition upon her arrival at the United Nations headquarters in New York.
The dignitary signed the international body’s distinguished visitors’ book. In her message, dated September 21, 2026, she reaffirmed the historic and sovereign stance of Venezuelan foreign policy in favor of dialogue, diplomacy, and understanding among nations:
«In the hope that this 81st UNGA term strengthens multilateralism in pursuit of peace and global stability,» the note reads.
Thus, the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, speaking on behalf of the people, made a call to strengthen multilateralism and the principles of the UN Charter as fundamental tools to guarantee global peace, build conditions of true equality among the States, and ensure stability for the entire humanity.
