During her speech, the Head of State emphasized the independent nature of the Executive branch in steering public policies and making strategic decisions for the country: «The decisions of this transformation are made here, signed here, and announced here, before you. Sovereignty is not up for negotiation.»
Likewise, the President addressed the complex context the nation has overcome following the socioeconomic impact experienced during the year, remarking that the political horizon of Venezuela is measured from a series of objectives to be achieved, maintaining international relations based in respect and diplomacy in order to improve basic services and the national economy.
