This Wednesday, the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, led a work journey from Miraflores Palace, chairing the Ministers Council, with the objective of reviewing the administration’s balance and the assistance provided to families affected two months after the seismic events that occurred last June 24.
Accompanied by the Sectoral Vice Presidents of Government and the ministerial train, the Head of State reaffirmed once again that the State continues advancing towards the phase of integral rehabilitation of homes and the restoration of public services.
In this sense, it is important to highlight that, as part of the National Government’s actions to maintain the nation’s economic stability and growth, it recently released several important information, including:
– Housing Protection Plan: Goal of 4,000 homes by 2026.
– 377 new homes already delivered.
– Initial installation of more than 100 temporary shelters and the opening of temporary spaces at the Poliedro de Caracas and the Monumental Stadium.
– More than 13,000 buildings renovated through the Venezuela Renace (Venezuela Reborn) Plan, benefiting 66,000 people.
– Allocation of loans to condominium associations and homeowners, in addition to acquisition plans in the secondary market.
– Second National Popular Consultation scheduled for October 18.
– Elimination of police checkpoints in cities to make way for an intelligent patrol system.
– Simplification of procedures and the development of digital services.
Within this context, it is relevant to emphasize that these were part of the actions carried out by the Executive Branch in order to continue guaranteeing the security, tranquility, economic growth, and stability of the country; through social investment and sound policies reflected in the 14 productive engines of the Bolivarian Economic Agenda, in addition to the union of the forces of the business, entrepreneurial sector, and small and medium-sized producers.
