Head of State: We must make our socialism within the economic scope

The Venezuelan Head of State, Nicolás Maduro, said that: “We must make our socialism within the economic scope, looking for our results. The economic transition is the most difficult one, because in the transition you advance, and sometimes you recede, and in each setback the blow is harder.
He pointed out that “this is the goal of the economic war, to strangle Venezuela, to break Venezuela, and not allow us to advance in the transition that Commander Chávez thought well for the conditions of our country and Latin America.”
Maduro added that Commander Chavez spoke of the 5 dimensions of Socialism, “which he was discovering and elaborating. The first of all, the politics, the People’s power, the power of the people, the political, historical consciousness, and the political culture of the people; The participatory, starring, direct democracy”.
Secondly, he detailed that Chávez spoke of socialism in the moral scope, then about socialism in the economic scope. “In fourth place, socialism in the social scope: the missions and major missions, to overcome poverty, the misery, the educational backwardness, to build a new health system, care for the income of workers, their stability. All that we are doing … And fifthly, socialism in the territorial, communal, community scope. ”
The statements of the Head of State emerged in his program “Contacto con Maduro” (Contact with Maduro) No. 74, broadcast by Venezolana de Televisión from the Socialist Cultural Center “Parque Caiza”, located in the Caucaguita parish, in Miranda state.
