Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro met with the representative of North Korea, Kim Yong-nam, President of the Presidium of the Supreme People’s Assembly of Korea, the Vice Premier and Foreign Minister of Vietnam, Pham Binh Minh, and Larbi Ould Khalifa, President of the People’s Assembly of Algeria, during the performance of the 17th Summit of the Non-Aligned Countries Movement, held in Margarita Island – Nueva Esparta state.
