The President of the Republic, Nicolas Maduro, said the work journey with his Colombian counterpart, Juan Manuel Santos, held this Thursday in Puerto Ordaz, Bolivar state, where it was agreed the opening of the border gradually, was very successful in order to boost bilateral relations.
“We have insisted on the minister men and women for us to make an effort to put ourselves in the shoes of the citizens of our borders, and in general, of our Venezuelan and Colombian people, in order to seek very efficiently for that all the decisions we make may execute perfectly and all other issues are worked in the same way”, said the Venezuelan President at a press conference from the Macagua facilities.
Likewise, he also stressed that among the issues that remain pending to be concreted, are the commercial and economic issues.
“I have ratified to President Santos that we are interested in a new beginning of commercial economic relations with all sectors in the framework of the Great Mission Sovereign Supply”, said the President.
