The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro Moros, commemorated this Monday the historic meeting that commanders Hugo Rafael Chávez Frías and Fidel Castro Ruz held in Havana 27 years ago: «two giants who made the integrationist dreams of Bolívar and Martí come true”.
In a message published on his @NicolasMaduro account on the Twitter social network, the head of state expressed: “27 years ago it was the first meeting between Commanders Fidel Castro and Hugo Chávez in Cuba, they, with a hug, sealed a pact of friendship, loyalty and irreducible brotherhood. Two Giants who made the integrationist dreams of Bolívar and Martí come true.”, can be read in the text.
