The Vice President for the social movements of the PSUV, Blanca Eekhout, said the board of the National Assembly (AN), led by the right-wing, proposes a plan of “war and destruction” to the country, and remembering that behind the request to activate the Democratic Charter of the OAS on Venezuela, are the “interests” of the US Government.
“The National Assembly tries to prevent Nicolas Maduro from waging the battle to save our people, they are playing with the lives of our people,” she said, while participating in the march in support for President Nicolas Maduro, conducted by the Great Patriotic Pole (GPP) to whom the leader called for unity.
“We can have differences, but we have a single goal: to defend the revolution,” she stressed. On the other hand she said that “the strategy of the empire has been to try to divide us, to break the morale of the people”.
