From the Antonio José de Sucre Situation Room, will be established a Concrete Action Agenda (ACA), which aims to maintain a direct connection in all states of the country, to issue a national offensive and advance for the well-being of Venezuelans.

This will be done through screens in which each of the responsible entities will be verified on the following points:

1. Peace Quadrants

2. Federal Government Council (CFG)

3. CEAS Patria (Minpal) which means Control and Delivery of Subsidized Food.

4. Patria (Fuel Distribution)

5. Patria (Monitoring of delivery of bonuses)

6. 1×10 System of Good Government

The 5,334 Communal Circuits of the country must comply with what was established by the Head of State on efficient communication, teamwork and strengthening of the popular bases. The President ordered that each one must have a well-equipped room.

The Venezuelan Dignitary also urged all Ministries to deploy the pertinent actions, to provide the required support to the communities and thus act with the projects chosen in the first National Popular Consultation 2025.
