The President of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov, accepted the Credentials of the ambassador of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to that Central Asian nation, Rosalba Lo Bue Antico, in a ceremony held last Tuesday at the Yntymak Ordo complex, in the city of Bishkek. It is important to note that these letters accredit the person holding a foreign Embassy as a representative of his or her country.

The Head of State congratulated the Venezuelan diplomat and other ambassadors on the official start of their mission and pointed out that for Kyrgyzstan a new chapter is opening in relations with Venezuela and Latin America, and that he hopes that positive ties will develop in all areas, especially in the economic and commercial areas.

In addition, the President greeted and extended good wishes to the heads of state on behalf of the diplomats, on the occasion of New Year’s Eve. Likewise, the Kyrgyz Government expressed its interest in opening an embassy in Venezuela and using it to coordinate relations with Latin America and the Caribbean.

This is how Lo Bue Antico becomes the first Venezuelan ambassador accredited in Kyrgyzstan. During the event, the Head of Mission invited President Japarov to the inauguration of the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, scheduled for January 10, 2025, where it is expected that leaders of other countries together with the Venezuelan people will accompany this important event for the nation.
