Leaders of the Voluntad Popular party will trigger terrorist plans between September 14 and 18, in order to avoid date of the second step for the revolking referendum.
The statement was made on Thursday by the Governor of Tachira state, José Gregorio Vielma Mora, through messages published on his account in the social network @VielmaEsTachira.
