The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, announced that the 2025 National Budget will aim to ensure that economic resources reach the organized People’s Power directly and in all areas. «The budget will be debated with the supervision of the People’s Power so that it can be reviewed and reach the people directly,» he said during the “Zona Digital” segment of his “Con Maduro+” program.
During an exchange with journalist Clodovaldo Hernández, who warned of the threats from the Venezuelan far right wing for the date of the presidential inauguration in January, the national leader recalled that in 2019, when the National Assembly (AN) was kidnapped by the parliamentarians of Guaidó and company, he was sworn in before the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) and presented the Plan de la Patria (Homeland Plan) 2019-2025, the first socialist plan that was developed without problems despite what happened with the stateless people of that parliament.
“That year I was sworn in at the TSJ, because of the kidnapping of the AN (National Assembly) by the extremism, they invented the famous Guaidó project and dragged the entire opposition, the US government and Europe, and I said: here democracy, peace and revolution will prevail and so it was,” he recalled about that time of turbulence.
“History proved us right and today we are better prepared and history will prove us right again and the Communal State will prevail, in peace for all Venezuelans,” he compared what will happen in January of the new year.
Homeland Plan:
He stated that on January 10, he will present the Organic Law of the Plan de la Patria 2025-2031, with the plan of the 7 Transformations and the violent and fascist sectors that are not in tune will be defeated once again:
“The violent ones, the mercenaries, those of the coup, those who call for invasions, sanctions, are not an option, the only option is joint and peaceful work among all. Those who conspire will be defeated, wherever they go, rest assured, because we have accumulated great experience in the defense of the country.”
