Through a communiqué, the Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela informs the country with great satisfaction that it has completed the recovery and collection process for the amount of 500 million US dollars, derived from the supply of hydrocarbons to Haiti, as part of the Petrocaribe Energy Cooperation Agreement.

The information was announced by the vice president for Communication, Tourism and Culture, Freddy Náñez, in his account on the X social network, where he detailed that with this operation the country gives an additional step to recover the resources that belong to the Venezuelan people, and thus overcome the immense economic and social challenges.
