Venezuela is in constant dialogue. Thus was expressed by Jorge Rodríguez, president of the National Assembly, who explained that the Regional and Municipal Elections are a sample of this.
Regarding the dialogue in Mexico, he specified that until there is a response to the kidnapping of Alex Saab, there will be no conditions to resume it, as stated by President Nicolás Maduro.
It is expected that the Head of State will present some proposals that have to do with his proposals on the dialogue that should continue in Venezuela to promote peace.
