President Maduro asked the AN to speed up the approval of the Anti-Blockade and in Defense of Venezuela Law

At the installation of the National Electoral Commission for the Election of Justices of the Peace, the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, strongly repudiated the fact of trying to put the name of Bolívar on a war law against Venezuela: «A dirty, criminal law against Venezuela» he said.

The Head of State has said that supporting a war law against Venezuela, against Venezuelan businessmen and workers, is an association to commit crimes, both nationally and internationally; and «all those who associate» for the approval of this law will face the consequences.

In view of this, he requested the National Assembly (AN), as Head of State and former deputy of the AN, to expedite the approval of the Anti-Blockade and Defense of Venezuela Law, which «will bear the glorious name, from here, from the cradle of Bolívar, of «Liberator Simón Bolívar Law,» he said.

Finally, he urged all the people of Venezuela, the youth, the students, the working class, the community members, the women, the grandparents, to support the fight against «the trash law» in the streets.
