President Maduro announces 2 new Great Missions and reinforces Women’s Mission

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, announced that next Friday, February 2, the “Great Mission Venezuela Joven” (Young Venezuela) will be activated, in tribute to the 25 years “of the democratic, electoral and peaceful taking of power” by Commander Hugo Chávez and thus the “beginning of this stage of the Bolivarian Revolution.”

In the 32nd edition of his “Con Maduro+” program, the Head of State specified that the Great Mission Young Venezuela brings a set of policies, actions and vertices for the accompaniment, promotion, support and protection of youth.

The first Combatant woman of the Republic and deputy to the National Assembly (AN), Cilia Flores, highlighted that this social program will positively impact the youth population, and now that we have the “golden generation” that “has a potential that gets out of sight.”

With these great missions is met the “accompaniment, support” for young people, said Flores; a position supported by the national president, who indicated: “They are the new generation great missions.”

We have already launched the Great Mission Women Venezuela that is going full fledged, and is establishing itself and developing. Before, we had launched the Great Mission Venezuela Bella. They are the new generation of great missions,” said President Maduro in line with the First Combatant woman, adding that the “great missions have a greater impact to cover the population.”
