Three days before the consultative referendum, this Thursday the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, led an event with the youth of the Homeland called “Meeting with Youth in Defense of Essequibo.”
The activity held in the facilities of the José Joaquín “Papá” Carrillo gym, a structure that is part of the Parque Miranda Sports Complex, more than 5,000 young people of all ages gathered to send a clear message to the world in support of the popular consultation of this Sunday, December 3rd.
Earlier, the head of state expressed on his digital user of the X social network, @NicolasMaduro, that Venezuela’s victory is guaranteed thanks to the youth and the people:
“We Venezuelan men and women want December 3 to arrive! And with the powerful 5×5 Machinery, the youth and the people, we are going to guarantee the victory of Venezuela Toda (The Whole Venezuela). Let’s go, 5 times “Yes” for the Homeland and Sovereignty!”, He highlighted.
Accompanying the Dignitary were Delcy Rodríguez, Executive Vice President of the Republic; Héctor Rodríguez, Governor of Miranda state and National Responsible for Broad Alliances and Microcampaigns of the “Venezuela Toda” Campaign Command.
Also present were Mervin Maldonado, sectoral vice president of Social and Territorial Socialism and Minister of People’s Power for Youth and Sports; and Grecia Colmenares, General Secretary of the Youth of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela.
