Maduro: The goal is to deliver five million homes

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, confirmed on Wednesday that in Venezuela will be built five million homes, according to what is established in the Homeland Plan for 2019-2025.

In a joint radio and television broadcast held from Ciudad Tiuna, in Caracas, the Head of State indicated that this will be the new goal of the Great Mission Housing Venezuela (GMVV):

“All Venezuelans are going to have a decent, beautiful, and proper home. We will achieve it with the Homeland Plan for 2019-2025. I am ending the constitutional mandate left to me by Commander Chávez. The minimum goal is five million homes so that all Venezuelans may have a decent, fair, necessary housing, of their own”, he said during the act of unveiling the milestone of 2,500,000 homes delivered.

The 2,500,000 housing milestone was made in the Fabricio Ojeda urbanization, in the Lagunillas municipality of Zulia state and was unveiled by the governor of that state, Omar Prieto.
