The constitutional president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, was present this Wednesday at the Poliedro in Caracas, to inaugurate the 1st International Telecommunications Fair Venezuela 2023 (FitelVen), which will be in progress until September 30.
As a curious fact, upon entering the Fair, an automated robot equipped with Artificial Intelligence welcomed the head of State and verbally informed him of the characteristics of the exhibition, where business rounds and work tables will be held between several companies and the Venezuelan State.
The national leader is accompanied by the First Combatant Woman, Cilia Flores; the president of the Venezuelan Telephone Company (CANTV), Major General Jesús Aldana Quintero; the executive presidents of Digitel, Luis Bernardo Pérez, and of Movistar, José Luis Rodríguez, among other personalities and private and public businessmen. In addition, several heads of the ministerial cabinet attend.
The International Fair is a window to the world to show all the technological advances in telecommunications in the country. Likewise, it will make known the current service standards the country has, and the relationship in the national and international field.
President Maduro took a tour of the various stands installed with private and public companies, which have joined this initiative to bet on the construction of solutions and capabilities for the better functioning of telecommunications, and innovations in science and technology.
