Military intervention in Venezuela would lead the whole continent to a never thought war

Constituent Hermánn Escarrá, assured this Monday that a military intervention in Venezuela would lead to a conflict never thought in its form, or in its time, not only in the country but in Latin America.

“Make no mistake about us, because a military intervention in Venezuela will probably lead us all, and perhaps the continent, to a war or a conflict never thought in its form, nor in its time; we pray to God that does not happen”, stressed the Constituent.

He recalled that the times Venezuela has come out of its national borders, has been “to give peace and dignity to other peoples.”

“It is inconceivable, it is unthinkable, that whoever is called a Venezuelan asks for a military intervention in his own homeland. I think there are some who are naturally denationalized, I think there is a lack of love and pain of a Homeland, but it is a minority, because most Venezuelans want and love the country”, he said.

Escarrá indicated that the National Constituent Assembly will take the measures to defend the sovereignty of Venezuela.
