Conectar 2030 Agenda is deployed for the development of technologies

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, reported that in the Telecommunications engine, the Conectar 2030 (Connect 2030) Agenda will be developed: an agenda for the development of technology and information technology, to guarantee innovation and growth of the entire sector in a coordinated manner.

Likewise, he assured that is advancing the development of the exponential plan to bring 5G technology service to all corners of the country: “We are going to move forward with widespread 4G so that 5G arrives with force,” he said.

These announcements were made by the president within the framework of the inauguration of the 1st International Telecommunications Fair “Fitelven” 2023, which is being held at the Poliedro de Caracas, located in La Rinconada, in Caracas.

Companies such as Compañía Anónima Telefonos de Venezuela (National Telephone Company of Venezuela – CANTV), Digitel, Movistar, Simple TV, among other operators, as well as small and medium-sized national and international companies participate in this fair. It also has a conference area, forums, business conferences and training spaces, with qualified speakers:

This space – which will be open to the public until September 30 – seeks to publicize technological advances in telecommunications, as well as to publicize current service standards, as part of the strengthening of the Productive Engine framed in the Bolivarian Economy Agenda, which aims to recover and re-boost the country’s economy, based on the development of new production models.
