Venezuela offers Popular Cantata for the 69th birthday of Commander Hugo Chávez

69 years after the birth of Commander Hugo Chávez Frías, this Friday the Venezuelan people exalt humanism, love for the Homeland and the true feeling of the Bolivarian Revolution that the man from Sabaneta promoted and boosted, with an emotional, joyful and popular Cantata Llanera, at the Military Academy in Fort Tiuna in Caracas:

“A true honor to be here on this date and in this place, where cadet Chávez was, forming his leadership that is still in force,” said the People’s Power Minister for Culture, Ernesto Villegas, when taking the floor to thank for ther presence of the people, of the daughter of Chávez, Rosinés, of the executive vice president of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, the president of the National Assembly, Jorge Rodríguez, the defense minister, Vladimir Padrino López, the president of the Supreme Court of Justice, Gladys Gutiérrez; the mayoress of Caracas, Carmen Meléndez, and the head of government of the Capital District, Nahum Fernández, among other personalities and guests.

Villegas highlighted that, as an indisputable fact, few human beings pass through this world and are remembered the way that Commander Chávez is remembered and is felt alive:

The overwhelming majority of us will be forgotten, only some exceptional ones leave their mark on this plane and go to a transcendent plane. Today the Chavismo, the Bolivarian Revolution, its creation is a geopolitical fact not only in Venezuela but throughout the world; This is a fact that no one can erase or leave aside when analyzing the present and future of our world”, added Minister Villegas.

“So happy to be celebrating the 69th birthday of Commander Hugo Rafael Chávez Frías and all his colleagues from the Bolivarian National Armed Forces, the Bolivarian Army, the Bolivarian Military Aviation, the Bolivarian National Navy, the National Guard Bolivarian National Police and its creation: the National Militia”, he stated.

Broadcast by Venezolana de Televisión (VTV), several boys and girls from the “Talento de Corazón Juvenil” (Heart Talent-Youth) Festival, from Aragua state and other federal entities, as well as the singer Lucía Valentina and other performers of Creole music gave their serenade on the occasion of president Chavez’s birthday:

That soul that Chávez left us is germinating in their throats, because that injection should see President Chávez discursing and when we could appreciate that in the most eloquent way he had the soul of the Llanos (Plains), he had the declamation, he had a passage in the verb, and that is why this serenade is in memory of the Commander, today, on the occasion of his birth”, expressed the Llanero moderator of the Cantata.
