The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, categorically rejects the violent acts against the legislative body in Brazil, by followers of Jair Bolsonaro.
Through a message on his account on Twitter, @NicolasMaduro, the head of state withdraws his full support for President Lula:
“We categorically reject the violence generated by Bolsonaro’s neo-fascist groups that have assaulted the democratic institutions of Brazil. Our support for @LulaOficial and the Brazilian people who will surely mobilize in defense of Peace and its president. pic.twitter.com/6oaBXiumjx”

Radical Bolsonarists have managed to break the security cordons around the National Congress of Brazil and break into the building of the legislative body. On the Esplanada dos Ministerios, in Brasilia, protesters clashed with the Police, who tried to disperse the crowd with pepper spray.
