Manuel Vadell appointed as ambassador of Venezuela in the Federative Republic of Brazil

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, announced the appointment of Manuel Vicente Vadell as Ambassador of Venezuela in the Federative Republic of Brazil.

The announcement was made by the head of state through his account on the Twitter social network, @NicolasMaduro, where he outlined that Vadell will assume such responsibility as of January 1, 2023.

The National President also published: “in the middle of a beautiful night, wrapped in the Christmas cold in our capital city, I met with Lcdo. Manuel Vicente Vadell, who brought me very good news”.

Venezuela and Brazil are restoring diplomatic relations after the suspension exercised in 2019, when the Government of President Jair Bolsonaro acknowledged Juan Guaidó as interim president of Venezuela, ignoring the investiture of the Constitutional President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro.
