The special commission of the National Assembly (AN) for the review of the laws of the People’s Power, held the first session with the participation of the Minister for Communes and Social Movements, Jorge Arreaza, and other authorities of this office, with a view to the construction of the communal state.
The introduction was in charge of deputy Blanca Eekhout, president of the Permanent Commission for the Development of the Communes of the AN, who explained that the review and reform of the laws is only possible with the active participation of the communer people.
Likewise, the parliamentarian explained that it is about harmonizing the entire body of laws approved at different times and contexts related to the people, at the same time the technological developments that allow them to be more efficient, so as to guarantee that they are effective instruments to the communal State.
