The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, stated in his account on the Twitter social network that he is constantly monitoring the development of the situation of the population of Las Tejerías, in Aragua state:
“I am very aware of the reports that come to me in real time from the vice president, the ministers, and the entire government team that is deployed throughout Las Tejerías, coordinating and serving the people”, said the Head of State.
The national government has been deployed to the 23 sectors affected by the landslide that occurred last weekend, and has managed to restore 100% of the electricity service, as well as continuing maintenance work on the main roads, branches and streams of Las Tejerías.
The Sectoral Vice President of Public Works and Services, G/J Néstor Reverol, supervised this Thursday the maintenance work of the main roads, branches and ravines of Las Tejerías, in Aragua state, which were affected by a large landslide as a result of the strong rainfalls in the country. Likewise, around 90 percent of the drinking water service has been recovered.
