President Maduro urges the organized people to not lower their guard

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, urged this Saturday the organized people, the People’s Power, not to lower their guard and continue building Bolivarian socialism from the communities.

This weekend throughout the national territory, the renovations of the communal councils continue, with the aim of reaching more than 20,000 elections in the coming months, a goal established by the Venezuelan head of state.

The National Electoral Council (CNE) makes available the accompaniment and the schedule so that communal councils can carry out the election and renewal of spokespersons, main and alternate, for recall processes of spokespersons and various consultations.

In this sense, it is suggested to the different organizations, expressions and instances of the People’s Power and other civil society organizations, to apply the phases of the electoral schedule.

It is important to remember that the communal councils are instances of territorial governments, such as mayors, heads of government and ministers. The purpose of which is to organize the committees and work on their specific agenda for action, on their map of solutions and resolve the problems of each of their communities.
