This Monday the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) declared the constitutionality of the organic nature of the Organic Law of Protection of Liberty and Personal Safety.
This law was sanctioned by the National Assembly of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in its session on September 17, 2021.
This is stated in ruling No. 0459-2021 of the Chamber, whose presentation corresponded to Magistrate Lourdes Suárez Anderson, president of the Constitutional Chamber.
