The Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our Americas (ALBA-TCP), strongly rejects the new measures, coercive, unilateral and in violation of International Law, applied by the Treasury Department of the United States Government against four Nicaraguan officials.
ALBA- TCP condemns this action and reiterates that the U.S. shows its interventionist character.
The member countries of the alliance ratify their solidarity with the President of the Republic of Nicaragua, Daniel Ortega, and call on the international community to reject intimidation and defend the sovereignty, self-determination and independence of the States.
