The National Government and the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our Americas, Peoples’ Trade Treaty, agreed to build an action plan, towards the United Nations Conference on Climate Change in 2021.
On instructions of the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, the Minister of People’s Power for Ecosocialism, Josué Lorca, met with the executive secretary of Alba TCP, Sacha Llorenti.
The high official of the alliance described the meeting as very productive, while the Venezuelan Minister informed that concrete tasks were established to strengthen environmental cooperation in the regional integration mechanism, in order to continue fulfilling the legacy of the Supreme Commander of the Bolivarian Revolution, Hugo Chávez.
The United Nations Climate Change Conference 2021 will be held from November 1 to 12, in the city of Glasgow, Scotland.
