The Electoral Nominations Committee of the National Assembly completed the selection process of the citizens eligible to be elected as rectors of the National Electoral Council.
The president of the committee, Deputy Giuseppe Alessandrello, informed that was approved a list of 103 citizens who successfully completed the process.
The list will be submitted to the plenary of the National Assembly, on Tuesday, April 27, 2021, to consider and select the future rectors of the Venezuelan Electoral Power.
Deputy Alessandrello thanked the work of all the members of the Nominations Committee, who declared themselves in permanent session and today announced to the country that the process was completed.
The vice-president of the committee, Deputy José Correa, thanked the confidence of the citizens: “All opinions and thoughts had a place, and today we present a unanimous work, we are those who consider that Venezuela is a single one, we do not believe in coups d’état, nor in sanctions, nor invasions, the solution to the problems is electoral”, he affirmed.
