Venezuelan electoral roll for Parliamentarian elections 2020 is made up of 20,710,421 voters

The president of the National Electoral Council (CNE), Indira Alfonzo Izaguirre, announced this Monday that after being audited, and after the challenge phases had been completed as well as any modifications that might take place within the framework of the laws, the electoral roll was conformed for 20,710,421 voters,
male and female, who will be able to exercise their right to vote in the 2020 Parliamentarian elections throughout the national territory.

The information was released as part of the Electoral Schedule for these elections to be held on December 6.

In her statements, she also reported on the extension until September 18 of the community assemblies that will elect indigenous representatives, likewise, “we have held an Electoral Information workshop for the 107 political parties, in addition to the choice of position in the voting instrument that it will be used in the elections on December 6″.

The head of the CNE also specified that “we are listening to proposals for the replacement and modification of candidates”.

She thanked the support of public and private universities, high schools, public, private, national and international media, for their participation in the Electoral Information Workshop, “in which we intend to maintain constant, fluid communication of each and every one of the aspects of this electoral process in order to contribute with a communication platform that is robust, truthful, timely and dignified so that both voters and voters, as well as political organizations, know of this dynamic that is in full swing” .
