The President of the Bolivarian Republic, Nicolás Maduro, reiterated this Friday, eight years after the sowing of Supreme Commander Hugo Chávez, his commitment and loyalty to the task entrusted by Supreme Commander Hugo Chávez for the happiness of the people.
Through a message spread through his social networks, the dignitary affirmed that humanity, the moral and spiritual strength of the eternal Leader of the Bolivarian Revolution, accompanies the people of Venezuela, for now and forever.
The message is accompanied by an emotional video in honor of Commander Hugo Chávez.
On December 8, 2012, Commander Chávez spoke to the country to report on the battle that he had to fight, and entrusted then Vice President Nicolás Maduro, with the reins of the country.
“My firm, full opinion, like the full moon, irrevocable, absolute, total, is that in a scenario that would force to convene, as mandated by the constitution, again for presidential elections, you elect Nicolás Maduro as president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. I ask you this from my heart”.
Chávez described Maduro as the young leader with the greatest capacity to continue with his firm hand, his gaze, his heart as a man of the people, his gift of people, his intelligence and the international recognition that he earned in 6 years and three months as Chancellor of the Republic, to lead the country always together with the people.
